3. No Refunds for Rejection
If your registration, blog, or resume is rejected by our admin due to non-compliance with our platform guidelines, no refund will be issued.
4. Duplicate Payments
In the case of accidental duplicate payments, users can contact our support team with proof of payment. After verification, we may process a refund for the extra amount paid.
5. Service Delays
Delays in manual verification or admin processing do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your patience as all actions are handled carefully to maintain quality.
6. Technical Issues
If a technical error on our side prevents payment completion but results in a deduction from your account, we will review and initiate a refund after confirmation from the payment gateway.
